#WellnessWednesday: Smoothie Week Recipes

Last week was smoothie week at Bandwidth!  What is smoothie week, exactly, you may ask?  It’s pretty awesome.  Break rooms on every floor at Bandwidth headquarters are equipped with Vitamix blenders.  And during smoothie week, new recipes are introduced and posted  – and ingredients are stocked every day so that we can all try out the new recipes.  How’s that for healthy living?

We thought we would share the recipes, so that you can have your own smoothie week.  Enjoy!

(Each recipe makes 1 serving)

Berry Banana Smoothie

  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 to 2 cups of water, for desired consistency
  • Blend on setting 5
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberry, strawberry and banana mix
  • 1 Tbsp yogurt
  • Blend again on preferred setting for desired consistency


StrawPango Smoothie

  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 to 2 cups of orange juice, for desired consistency
  • Blend on setting 5
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen mangos
  • Blend again on preferred setting for desired consistency
