TIO Networks Corp., a multi-channel bill payment processor, today announced a partnership between its subsidiary Global Express and the City of Baltimore. The partnership enables residents of Baltimore City and County to pay water bills, and Baltimore City vehicle citations through any Internet enabled mobile device such as iPhone, iPad, Android or Blackberry.

PCTEL, Inc., a provider of telecom solutions, announced today the launch of its VenU brand with a portfolio of antennas that improve wireless network capacity in stadiums, concert venues, train stations, airports, and other crowded areas. PCTEL’s VenU antennas combine MIMO coverage over LTE and Wi-Fi technologies while limiting interference.

GENBAND, a developer of real time communications software solutions, today announced that Talk Today, a Wholesale Carrier Services aggregator, has selected GENBAND’s QUANTiX Session Border Controller (SBC) solution to enable IP Peering and Interconnect capabilities for its European voice network. Verscom Solutions (Verscom), a turnkey Next-Generation-Network/IMS solution provider and GENBAND’s value-added Master Reseller in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), partnered with GENBAND to deliver the solution to Talk Today’s London hub.

Bandwidth, a communications company, today announced that the NWN Corporation is leveraging Bandwidth’s network and APIs to expand its unified communications (UC) voice services, resulting in a series of new deals in the public sector.
